Hello! I am Savannah Beckman, a Registered Psychologist. I was drawn to the psychology field after my years of working with teenagers in a mentorship setting. Through this work, I realized how important it was to remind others of their worth and purpose. This is what drives my work today. You are important. You matter!

I view therapy as a team effort! Together, you and I will work to explore emotions, feelings, and situations. I work from a humanistic perspective, believing that you are the expert of your own experience and your own world. I use emotion focused therapy, emotion focused family therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy in my work.

I work with families, couples, children (age 3+), adolescents, and adults in many different areas of life. I am trained in Gottman methods, and am a Therapeutic Play Practitioner to work specifically with couples and children. I can work alongside eating disorders, depression, anxiety, and a variety of interpersonal concerns. I acknowledge that every one’s journey is unique, and hold space for every story that walks through my office doors.

Personally, I live with my amazing husband, and we love to be with people! You can find us camping, hiking, or spending time with our families. I cannot wait to meet you!
